The Rules of the Realm for Returning Artifacts
Every QuestLight Candle Co. creation is handcrafted in small batches, poured with intention, and sent on its journey from our workshop to yours. Because each piece is made with care and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
However, no adventurer travels alone. If something goes awry on your order’s quest, we’re here to help restore balance.
🛡️ Eligibility for Replacement or Store Credit
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:

Your item arrived damaged during transit

You received the wrong item

Your product is defective or malfunctioning

An item from your order is missing
To request assistance, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll determine whether a replacement or store credit is the best path forward.
🚫 Non‑Eligible Items
We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for:

Used or partially burned candles

Scents that don’t match your personal preference

Items purchased at markets or third‑party retailers

Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Packages marked as delivered but stolen (we will help guide you through a carrier claim)
🧭 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your parcel disappears somewhere along its journey, reach out. While we cannot refund stolen packages, we will assist you in navigating the carrier’s claim process and support you however we can.
